Marianne C. Callaos is an associate with Fleitas PLLC. Ms. Callaos works in the Firm’s Transactional Real Estate and Business Practice Areas. Ms. Callaos represents lenders and borrowers in a variety of real estate matters, including financing, acquisition and disposition. Ms. Callaos’ practice also includes assisting clients in asset purchase arrangements, and advises on general corporate matters.
Prior to joining FLEITAS PLLC, Ms. Callaos attended St. Thomas University School of Law, and was honored as Valedictorian of her graduating class and was awarded the CALI Book Award. Ms. Callaos was a judicial intern for The Honorable Marcia G. Cooke, U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida,
Ms. Callaos attained her Bachelors in Law from the Universidad Metropolitana de Caracas with a certificate of specialty in International Legal Studies.
